Our delivery process is designed to ensure your items arrive safely and promptly.
Order Placement: When placing an order, customers have the option to select delivery with a quoted price. This price is based on delivery distance.

Delivery Process:
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is confirmed, our team will coordinate with a trusted third-party delivery company.
- Delivery Scheduling: Within 5-7 days of placing your order, the delivery company will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time. If you've ordered a pre-order item, we will keep you informed about its estimated time of arrival (ETA).
- Delivery Day: On the scheduled delivery day, the delivery team will transport your items to your specified location. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery.
3-Day Delivery Promise (Selected Areas Only)
For eligible in-stock items, we offer a 3-business-day delivery promise, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility Criteria:

Item must be in stock at our Distribution Centre (DC) at the time of purchase

Available to customers within 20km of Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, or Gold Coast metro stores only
How It Works:

Delivery will occur within 3 business days from the date of purchase

Business days ONLY, 3-day promise excludes weekends and public holidays

The customer must be available to accept delivery on all 3 business days, as the exact delivery day may vary within this window
If Delivery Cannot Be Completed:
- If we are unable to complete delivery within the 3-business-day window, the delivery fee will be refunded in full and delivery will be rescheduled to the next available date.
Important Notes:
- Order must be paid in full at the time of purchase to qualify for delivery under the 3-Day Delivery Promise.
- Pre-order Items: If you've purchased a pre-order item, we will provide regular updates on its status and notify you as soon as it becomes available for delivery.
- Multiple orders: If you have multiple orders unfulfilled, we can deliver to the SAME location for one delivery fee; it's the customer's responsibility to inform TWFC that there are multiple open orders.
- Changes to Delivery: If you need to reschedule or make changes to your delivery appointment, please contact the delivery company directly at least 48 hours in advance, as the drivers often load the truck a day in advance.
Damaged or Missing Items: Upon delivery, please inspect your items carefully. If you notice any damage or if items are missing, please notify us immediately so that we can assist you in resolving the issue.
