Membership Availability

  • Available at The Wholesale Furniture Co store locations.
  • Membership applications may be accepted or declined at the company’s discretion (acting reasonably).
  • Membership is available to Australian residents only.

Joining the Club

  • Customers must opt in to receive marketing communications to access member pricing.
  • Membership is conditional on ongoing subscription to promotional communications.

Member Agreement

  • Members agree to comply with:
  • Club Terms & Conditions.
  • The Wholesale Furniture Co Privacy Policy.
  • A customer profile is created to store membership details, managed in line with the Privacy Policy.

Marketing Communications Consent

Members consent to receiving marketing and promotional communications via:

  • SMS
  • Phone

Communications may include:

  • Exclusive member offers and club updates
  • Broader marketing campaigns and product announcements

Opt-Out & Membership Impact

  • Communication preferences can be updated or unsubscribed from at any time.

Accessing Member Benefits

Members must either:

  • Identify themselves as a Club member prior to purchase by confirming subscription to marketing communications; or
  • Provide verbal consent in-store for a team member to update their account to receive marketing communications.

Use of Benefits

  • Club benefits are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
  • Additional conditions may apply to specific discount codes or vouchers.

Membership Cancellation & Breach

  • The Wholesale Furniture Co may cancel membership if Terms & Conditions are breached.
  • Members may cancel at any time by unsubscribing from promotional emails.
  • Cancellation or termination results in loss of member-only pricing and offers.

Data Retention & Privacy

  • Upon cancellation or termination, customer data is retained securely and managed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
  • Customers who opt out will no longer receive promotional communications, though data may be retained for order-related purposes.

Discount Exclusions

Member discounts do not apply to:

  • Gift cards
  • Bonus items
  • Other promotional offers (unless explicitly stated)

Club discounts cannot be combined with other offers.

Changes to Terms

Delivery Promotions
