1. Eligibility

Entry is open to Queensland residents aged 18 years or over who are existing or new TWFC Club members.

Employees of The Wholesale Furniture Co Pty Ltd and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

To be eligible, entrants must:

  • Be a current TWFC Club member.
  • Be subscribed to receive TWFC marketing communications on 31 August 2026 and at the time of the draw.
  • Have a valid first name, last name, phone number, email address and postcode recorded on their TWFC Club account.

Entrants who unsubscribe from TWFC marketing communications before the draw is conducted will be ineligible.

Customers who do not have a valid postcode recorded on their TWFC Club account at the time of the draw will be ineligible.

Eligible TWFC Club members will automatically receive one (1) entry into the draw.

2. Promotional Period

The promotion commences at 12:01am AEST on 22 July 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 31 August 2026.

Only eligible TWFC Club members who meet all entry requirements during the promotional period will be included in the draw.

3. Entry Method

  • No purchase is necessary to enter.
  • Eligible TWFC Club members will automatically receive one (1) entry into the draw.
  • Customers who join the TWFC Club during the promotional period are also eligible, provided they meet all eligibility requirements.
  • Membership and contact details must be current and accurate at the time of the draw.
  • By remaining subscribed to TWFC marketing communications during the promotional period, eligible members will automatically be entered into the draw.

4. Prize

  • One (1) winner will receive a Lucia 6 Seater Corner Lounge valued at $4,999 RRP.
  • Prize colour, configuration and specifications are subject to availability.
  • If the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond TWFC's reasonable control, TWFC reserves the right to substitute the prize with a TWFC Gift Card or an alternative product of equal or greater value.
  • The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

5. Prize Draw

The prize draw will take place at:

10:00am AEST
Wednesday, 2 September 2026

The winner will be selected at random using an electronic random draw tool from all eligible entries received.

6. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted using the phone number and/or email address recorded on their TWFC Club account.

TWFC will make a minimum of three (3) attempts to contact the winner over a fourteen (14) day period following the draw.

7. Unclaimed Prize & Redraw

The winner has 14 days from the date of the original draw to claim the prize.

TWFC will make a minimum of three (3) attempts to contact the winner during this period.

If the winner:

  • Cannot be contacted;
  • Does not respond within 14 days of the draw;
  • Declines the prize; or
  • Is found to be ineligible,

The prize will be deemed unclaimed and the winner will forfeit all rights to the prize.

If required, a redraw will be conducted at:

The redraw winner will be selected using the same random draw process and notified using the contact details recorded on their TWFC Club account.

TWFC reserves the right to conduct any further redraws where required in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

8. Winner Publication

By entering this promotion, entrants acknowledge and agree that if selected as the winner, TWFC may publish the winner's:

  • First name
  • Last initial
  • Postcode

These details may be published on TWFC's website, social media channels, email communications and other promotional materials.

Acceptance of the prize constitutes consent for this publication.

9. Delivery

  • Delivery is available within TWFC's standard delivery service areas.
  • Delivery to some locations may not be available and is not guaranteed outside these areas.
  • If TWFC is unable to deliver the prize to the winner's location, TWFC may substitute the prize with a TWFC Gift Card valued at $4,999.

10. General

  • TWFC reserves the right to verify the validity of entries, entrant details and marketing subscription status when determining eligibility.
  • TWFC reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms and Conditions.
  • By entering the promotion, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions and TWFC's Privacy Policy.
  • TWFC's decisions regarding all aspects of the promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
