About the Role

As our Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the Store Manager with the day-to-day operations of the showroom
• Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience
• Driving sales performance and helping the team achieve targets
• Leading and motivating team members to deliver outstanding results
• Maintaining high visual merchandising and showroom presentation standards
• Assisting with staff coaching, training, and development
• Ensuring operational procedures and company standards are followed
• Working weekends as part of the regular roster

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• Proven experience in retail sales (furniture experience highly regarded)
• Previous leadership or management experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• A positive attitude with a team-first mindset
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to lead by example
• Reliability, flexibility, and availability to work weekends
• A passion for achieving sales targets and delivering great customer experiences
