Customers who make a qualifying purchase during the promotional period may be eligible to receive a promotional digital gift card.
The promotional period, qualifying purchase requirements, eligible products, minimum spend thresholds (if any), exclusions and promotional gift card value applicable to a promotion will be specified in the advertising material for that promotion.
Where a minimum spend threshold applies, the required amount must be spent in a single qualifying transaction unless otherwise stated in the promotional advertising.
Eligibility for a promotional digital gift card, and its value, will be determined solely by the qualifying purchase made during the promotional period and in accordance with the promotional advertising.
Additions, upgrades, substitutions, amendments, variations or any other changes made to an order after the promotional period ends will not increase the promotional gift card value or entitle a customer to qualify for a promotional gift card, they were not eligible for at the time the original order was placed.
Unless otherwise stated, delivery, assembly, installation, service charges, gift card purchases and any excluded products do not count towards qualifying purchase requirements and are excluded when determining eligibility for, or the value of, a promotional digital gift card.
Orders containing both eligible and excluded products may still qualify for the promotion; however, only eligible products will be considered when determining eligibility for, or the value of, the promotional digital gift card.
Promotional digital gift cards will only be issued after:
the qualifying order has been delivered in full; and
the order has been marked as Delivered in our system.
If an order is delivered in multiple shipments, contains backordered items or is only partially delivered, the promotional digital gift card will not be issued until all items have been delivered and the order has been marked as delivered in full.
Promotional digital gift cards are issued digitally only and will be sent to the customer's nominated email address as soon as reasonably practicable after the qualifying order has been delivered in full and marked as Delivered in our system, and no later than four (4) weeks after that date.
Customers are responsible for providing and maintaining a valid email address and notifying us of any changes to their contact details. We are not responsible for promotional digital gift cards sent to an incorrect email address provided by the customer. Customers should check their junk or spam folders for promotional gift card emails.
Promotional digital gift cards expire on the date shown on the gift card. The expiry date will be displayed on the gift card when issued and will be no later than 12 months after the qualifying order is marked as Delivered in our system.
Promotional digital gift cards cannot:
be redeemed for cash or cash equivalents;
be applied to the qualifying purchase that generated the gift card;
be exchanged, refunded or reloaded; or
be transferred where prohibited by law.
If a qualifying order is cancelled, refunded or returned, any associated promotional digital gift card must also be returned where possible.
Where a promotional digital gift card has been redeemed, used, cannot be returned, or is otherwise unavailable, its value may be deducted from any refund payable in respect of the qualifying purchase, to the extent permitted by law.
If a cancellation, return or refund means the original purchase no longer satisfies the promotional requirements, the promotional digital gift card may be cancelled and its value recovered, to the extent permitted by law.
Where a customer is entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law, clauses 14, 15 and 16 will apply only to the extent permitted by law.
We reserve the right to verify eligibility and to refuse, cancel or withdraw a promotional digital gift card where we reasonably determine that an order is ineligible, fraudulent, cancelled, refunded, returned or otherwise does not satisfy these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to cancel, withhold or refuse any promotional digital gift card where we reasonably suspect fraud, manipulation of the promotion, abuse of the returns process or any other activity inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts, excludes or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.
Participation in a promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
