Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is The Wholesale Furniture Co. Pty Ltd (ABN 52 676 601 942) of 2 Fairway Street, Stapylton QLD 4207 (“Promoter”).

2. Promotion Period

The promotion opens at 9:00am AEST on 6 May 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 30 June 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Queensland residents only, aged 18 years or over.

To be eligible to enter, entrants must:

• be a new or existing TWFC Club member; and
• be subscribed to receive TWFC marketing communications (email and/or SMS) at the time of the draw.

Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

To enter, eligible entrants must, during the Promotion Period:

• Scan the QR code or visit the competition entry page on the TWFC website;
• Join the TWFC Club or log in as an existing member; and
• Complete the entry form and agree to receive TWFC marketing communications.

Limit of one (1) entry per person for the duration of the promotion.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

5. Prize

There is one (1) prize to be won:

One Morgan Leather Corner Lounge, valued at $7,999 RRP.

Prize conditions:

• The prize is a corner configuration only; no alternative configurations are available.
• The prize is leather upholstery only.
• Colour may vary and is subject to availability.
• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
• Any costs not expressly stated, including delivery outside standard service areas, are the responsibility of the winner.

6. Draw Details

The draw will take place at 10:00am AEST on 2 July 2026 at the Promoter’s premises or another location determined by the Promoter.

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified within two (2) business days of the draw by email and/or phone.

The winner’s name will be published on the TWFC website for a minimum of 28 days.

If the winner does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

8. Redraw

If required, a redraw will take place at 10:00am AEST on 17 July 2026 at the same location as the original draw.

The redraw winner will be notified in the same manner as the original winner.

9. Privacy & Marketing

By entering this promotion, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting, using and disclosing their personal information for:

• administering the promotion; and
• sending marketing communications, in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy

Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe facility provided.

10. General

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries.

Entries that do not comply with these Terms & Conditions may be disqualified.

If the promotion cannot run as planned due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion.

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance of the prize.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia, and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
