TWFC Darwin Grand Opening Giveaway - Full Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter of this Promotion is The Wholesale Furniture Co Pty Ltd
ABN: 52 6766 019 42 - Address: 2 Fairway Street, Stapylton QLD 4207 (“Promoter”).

2. Promotion Name

TWFC Darwin Grand Opening Giveaway (“Promotion”).

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion opens at 12:00am (AEST) on Friday 29 May 2026 and closes at 11:59pm (AEST) on Sunday 31 May 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Entries submitted outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

4. Eligibility

Entry is open to individuals who, at the time of entry:

a) Are 18 years of age or older
b) Are residents of the Northern Territory
c) Have a valid Northern Territory postcode between 0800 and 0899 (including Darwin and Alice Springs regions)
d) Are a registered TWFC Club member
e) Are opted into marketing communications from TWFC via email and/or SMS

5. Automatic Entry – Existing Members

All individuals who:

a) Were registered TWFC Club members prior to 12:00am (AEST) on 29 May 2026;
b) Have a valid Northern Territory postcode between 0800–0899 recorded in their membership profile; and
c) Are opted into TWFC marketing communications at that time

will be automatically entered into the Promotion.

No additional action is required from eligible existing members.

6. Exclusions

The following individuals are not eligible to enter:

a) Employees of the Promoter
b) Immediate family members of employees (including spouse, partner, parent, child, or sibling)
c) Any person who provides incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent information

7. How to Enter – New Members

No purchase is necessary to enter.

Eligible individuals who are not already TWFC Club members may enter the Promotion during the Promotion Period by:

a) Joining the TWFC Club via:
An in-store QR code at the TWFC Darwin store, or
The TWFC website; and

b) Providing all required details, including:
First name
Last name
Email address
Mobile phone number
Valid Northern Territory postcode (0800–0899); and

c) Providing consent to receive marketing communications by email and SMS

8. Entry Conditions

a) Only one (1) entry per eligible person is permitted
b) Entries must be completed in full and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions
c) Incomplete, inaccurate, or non-compliant entries will be deemed invalid
d) The Promoter is not responsible for any technical errors, system failures, or delays that may affect entry

9. Prize Details

There are four (4) prizes available to be won.

Each prize consists of:
One (1) × $1,000 TWFC Gift Card - Total prize pool value: $4,000 AUD

10. Gift Card Conditions

TWFC Gift Cards are subject to the following conditions:

a) Valid for three (3) years from the date of issue
b) Not transferable
c) Not redeemable for cash
d) Must be used in accordance with the Promoter’s standard gift card terms and conditions

11. Draw Details

a) The draw will take place on 1 June 2026 at 10:00am (AEST)
b) The draw will be conducted at TWFC Head Office
c) All valid and eligible entries will be included
d) Winners will be selected at random using a digital random draw system

12. Winner Notification

a) Winners will be notified via phone using the contact details provided
b) Winners must confirm their identity and eligibility upon request
c) The Promoter is not responsible for any unsuccessful attempts to contact a winner

13. Prize Collection

a) Prizes must be collected from the TWFC Darwin Store
b) Winners must collect their prize within seven (7) days of notification
c) Proof of identity may be required at the time of collection

14. Unclaimed Prizes

If a prize is not collected within seven (7) days of notification:

a) The prize will be deemed unclaimed
b) The Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw
c) The redraw winner will be selected and notified in accordance with these Terms & Conditions

15. General Conditions

a) The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and eligibility
b) The Promoter may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms & Conditions
c) The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into
d) The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control arise

16. Permit Information

This Promotion is a trade promotion lottery conducted in accordance with Northern Territory legislation. As the total prize pool does not exceed $5,000, no permit is required.

17. Privacy & Marketing Consent

By entering the Promotion, entrants acknowledge and agree that:

a) Their personal information will be collected and handled in accordance with the TWFC Privacy Policy
b) Their information may be used for marketing communications by email and SMS
c) Entrants may opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe facility included in each communication

Opting out of marketing communications after entry will not affect an entrant’s eligibility in the Promotion.

18. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense suffered as a result of participating in the Promotion or accepting a prize.

19. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia, and the courts of the Northern Territory shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
