1. Promotional Overview

During the End of Season Winter Sale, eligible retail customers can enjoy:

• A further 10% off marked lounge prices (including sale prices, excluding Club items).
• The option to purchase one (1) Davini 5-Year Accidental Damage Cover Pack for $1 with eligible lounge purchases (including Club items).

2. Further 10% Off Lounges

• The additional 10% discount applies only to products within the Lounge category.
• The discount is applied as a further 10% reduction from the current ticketed or marked price, including lounges already on sale.
• Excludes: Products ticketed or marked as Club, Clearance, or AS-IS.

3. $1 Davini 5-Year Accidental Damage Cover

Eligible lounge purchases, including lounge products marked as Club, qualify for one (1) Davini 5-Year Accidental Damage Cover Pack for $1 per transaction.

Excludes: Floor stock marked as AS-IS or Clearance.

The cover pack provided is determined by the total combined seating capacity of all eligible lounge items purchased on the same invoice:

• 1 Seat Pack ($1) – Combined seating capacity of 1 seat (e.g. a recliner or armchair).
• 2–4 Seat Pack ($1) – Combined seating capacity of 2 to 4 seats (e.g. a 2-seater or 3-seater lounge).
• 5–8 Seat Pack ($1) – Combined seating capacity of 5 to 8 seats (e.g. a modular corner lounge or multiple lounge pieces purchased together).

4. Purchases Exceeding 8 Seats

• Purchases with a combined seating capacity greater than 8 seats qualify for one (1) 5–8 Seat Pack for $1.
• Any additional Accidental Damage Cover required for seats beyond the initial 8 seats must be purchased separately at the standard retail price.

5. Offer Exclusions & Restrictions

• South Australia: This offer is not valid on purchases made in South Australian (SA) stores.
• Commercial Sales: Excludes commercial, trade, wholesale and bulk purchases. Offer is available to retail customers only.
• AS-IS & Clearance: Floor stock marked AS-IS or Clearance is excluded from both promotional offers.
• Club Products: Lounge products marked as Club are not eligible for the additional 10% discount but remain eligible for the $1 Davini Accidental Damage Cover offer.

6. General Terms & Conditions

• Promotion Period: Valid on new retail orders placed during the advertised promotional period, while stocks last.
• Cannot Be Combined: Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, coupon, trade pricing or commercial discount unless otherwise stated.
• No Cash Alternative: The $1 Davini 5-Year Accidental Damage Cover Pack is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash or store credit, and no discount will be provided if the offer is declined.
• Policy Conditions: Standard Davini 5-Year Accidental Damage Cover policy terms, conditions, exclusions and liability limits apply.
• Right to Amend: The Wholesale Furniture Co. reserves the right to amend, withdraw or extend this offer at any time without prior notice where permitted by law.
