Returns for Manufacturing Defects

Change of Mind Returns

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for "change of mind". Please consider your purchase carefully and ensure compatibility with your space and needs before placing your order.

Transportation Delays

While most of our range is "in stock", some items will come with an ETA and we always strive to provide accurate delivery estimates, please note that small delays may occur due to transportation logistics.

Conditions for Returns

• To be eligible for a return due to a manufacturing defect, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
