1. Promoter

2. Promotion Period

The promotion commences at 12:01am AEST on Wednesday 26 August 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Sunday 4 October 2026 ("Promotion Period").

Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

To be eligible to win, entrants must:

• Meet all entry requirements contained in these Terms and Conditions; and
• Be a current and active Wholesale Furniture Co Club Member at the time of the draw.

• Club Membership is free to join.
• Club Membership must be active and recorded in the Promoter's membership system at the time of the draw.
• The Promoter may require an entrant to provide information reasonably necessary to verify that the Instagram account used to enter the promotion corresponds to the eligible Club Membership account.
• Club Membership details must be capable of being matched by the Promoter to the entrant's Instagram entry and/or identity information provided during winner verification.
• Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in the entry being deemed invalid and a redraw being conducted.

Directors, officers, employees, contractors and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

To enter during the Promotion Period, entrants must:

• Visit a participating Wholesale Furniture Co store displaying a Cameron Munster promotional cutout.
• Take a photo with the Cameron Munster cutout.
• Post the photo to Instagram during the Promotion Period.
• Tag @wholesalefurnitureco in the Instagram post.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

5. Entry Conditions

• Instagram accounts must be public at the time of entry, winner selection and winner verification.
• Multiple entries are permitted; however, each entry must contain a unique photo and be submitted as a separate Instagram post.
• Entries must not contain unlawful, offensive, defamatory, misleading or inappropriate material.
• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants.
• Incomplete, indecipherable or non-compliant entries may be deemed invalid.

6. Prize Details

There is one (1) prize to be won.

The prize consists of:

• 1 x The Wholesale Furniture Co Gift Card valued at $3,000 AUD.

Total Prize Pool Value: $3,000 AUD.

The Voucher:

• Is valid for twelve (12) months from the date of the draw.
• The applicable expiry date will be specified on the Voucher issued to the winner.
• May only be redeemed at participating Wholesale Furniture Co stores in Australia.
• Cannot be used for online purchases.
• May be redeemed across multiple transactions until the available balance is exhausted or the Voucher expires.
• Is not transferable, refundable or redeemable for cash.
• Must be used before the expiry date.
• Will not be extended, exchanged or replaced if lost, stolen, damaged or expired, except where required by law.
• Any unused value remaining after expiry will be forfeited.
• Any purchases made using the Voucher that are subsequently returned will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Returns Policy and will not be converted to cash.

7. Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected by random draw at:

The draw will take place on Friday 9th October 2026.

The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. Winner Verification & Notification

The winner may be required to provide:

• Proof of identity;
• Proof of age;
• Evidence of current Wholesale Furniture Co Club Membership; and
• Any information reasonably required to verify eligibility.

As part of the verification process, the Promoter may request information necessary to confirm that:

• The entrant submitted the winning Instagram post;
• The entrant is the holder of the Instagram account used to enter;
• The entrant is a current Wholesale Furniture Co Club Member; and
• The Club Membership record corresponds to the winning entrant.

If the Promoter is unable to verify any of the above to its reasonable satisfaction, the entry may be declared invalid and the prize forfeited.

The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message within five (5) business days of the draw.

The winner may also be announced on Wholesale Furniture Co social media channels and other promotional media.

Failure to provide requested verification information within fourteen (14) days may result in forfeiture of the prize and a redraw being conducted.

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity and promotional activity associated with the promotion without additional compensation.

9. Unclaimed Prize Draw

If:

• The winner cannot be contacted;
• The prize is not claimed within fourteen (14) days;
• The winner is found to be ineligible;
• The winner is not a current Club Member at the time of the draw; or
• The winner fails verification requirements,

the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

Any redraw will take place on Thursday 22 October 2026 at the Promoter's office.

The redraw winner will be contacted using the same process outlined above.

10. Use of Submitted Content

By entering this promotion, entrants grant the Promoter a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, publish, edit and communicate submitted photographs and associated content for promotional and marketing purposes including:

• Social media;
• Websites;
• Email marketing;
• In-store displays;
• Digital advertising; and
• Printed marketing materials.

No additional compensation will be payable.

Entrants warrant that they own or have permission to use all content submitted.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected during the promotion will be used for administering the promotion, verifying entries, contacting the winner and issuing the prize.

Information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the Promoter's Privacy Policy.

Entrants may contact the Promoter regarding privacy matters using the contact details listed above.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for:

• Lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries;
• Technical malfunctions or platform failures;
• Instagram outages or interruptions;
• Network or software issues affecting participation; or
• Any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance or use of the prize.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.

13. Instagram Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram.

Entrants acknowledge that they are providing information to the Promoter and not to Instagram.

14. General Conditions

The Promoter reserves the right to:

• Verify entrant eligibility;
• Verify Club Membership status;
• Disqualify entries that breach these Terms and Conditions;
• Disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process; and
• Modify, suspend or cancel the promotion if circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control prevent the promotion from proceeding as planned, subject to applicable law.

15. Important Promotion Disclosure

This promotion relates to photographs taken with a Cameron Munster promotional cutout displayed in participating Wholesale Furniture Co stores.

Entry into this promotion does not involve meeting, appearing with, or interacting with Cameron Munster in person.
