TWFC $100 Fuel Card Giveaway – Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is The Wholesale Furniture Co Pty Ltd (TWFC) of 2 Fairway Street, Stapylton QLD 4207.
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to:
- Residents of Queensland, New South Wales and the Northern Territory;
- Aged 18 years or over; and
- Current TWFC Club Members at the time the promotion closes.
The following are not eligible:
- TWFC employees, contractors and directors;
- Employees of agencies or suppliers directly involved in this promotion; and
- Immediate family members of those persons.
3. Promotion Period
The promotion commences at 12:00am AEST on 9 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 30 September 2026.
4. How to Enter
Eligible TWFC Club Members will automatically receive one (1) entry into the draw.
No purchase is required to enter.
Customers may join the TWFC Club free of charge during the Promotion Period to become eligible.
Only one (1) entry per eligible Club Member is permitted.
5. Prize
There are twenty-two (22) prizes to be won.
Each prize consists of:
- One (1) $100 Fuel Card, delivered electronically to the winner's nominated email address.
The Fuel Card is subject to the issuer's terms and conditions, including any expiry dates and redemption requirements.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
Total prize pool: AUD $2,200.
6. Draw Details
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
Draws will take place at:

2 Fairway Street, Stapylton QLD 4207
Draw Time: 10:00am AEST on each weekday during the Promotion Period.
Double draws will occur every Tuesday and Friday.
A maximum of one prize per Club Member may be awarded during the Promotion Period.
7. Winner Notification and Publication
Winners will be contacted using the email address or phone number associated with their TWFC Club Member account.
Fuel Cards will be delivered electronically to the winner's nominated email address.
If a winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days, TWFC reserves the right to conduct a redraw for that prize.
The winner's first name and suburb may be published on TWFC's Facebook, Instagram, website and other promotional channels for the purpose of announcing the winners.
8. Verification
TWFC reserves the right to verify:
- Club Member status;
- Identity;
- Age; and
- Contact details.
Entries containing false, misleading or incomplete information may be deemed invalid.
9. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be used to:
- Administer the promotion;
- Verify eligibility;
- Contact winners;
- Deliver prizes; and
- Publish winner details.
Information will be managed in accordance with the TWFC Privacy Policy.
10. General Conditions
- Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- TWFC reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where reasonably necessary.
- TWFC is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected communications.
- TWFC's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- To the extent permitted by law, TWFC accepts no liability for loss or damage arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance of a prize.
